Terms and conditions

1. Identification

2. Scope

These terms apply to the sale of pool equipment and accessories through the online shop and to the supply and installation of shipping container pools, subject to a quotation.

3. Prices and VAT

All shop prices are displayed in euros and include VAT at the current statutory rate. Container pools are supplied under a specific quotation. Reference prices shown in the configurator are estimates and do not constitute a final commitment.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the purchase process is completed and the corresponding confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to reject orders in the event of an obvious pricing error or unavailable stock.

5. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with Jomipools. Submitting an order on this website does not charge you online.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described on the Shipping and returns page. Pool installation is scheduled with our team.

7. Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014. Conditions and exceptions are described on the page Shipping and returns.

8. Warranty

Goods benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer goods (Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021). Jomipools pools also come with a 3-year warranty under the terms stated in the quotation.

9. Liability

We strive to keep the website information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is free from errors. Images are for illustration purposes.

10. Dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may refer to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. More information at consumidor.gov.pt.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
