Shipping and returns
Delivery times, shipping costs and how to return a shop order.
1. Delivery times
Shop items are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation for deliveries to mainland Portugal. Different times and conditions may apply to the islands.
The container pools have their own transport and installation arrangements, scheduled directly with our team after the project is confirmed.
2. Shipping costs
Shop shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the address and order weight, and displayed before payment.
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For distance purchases, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014. To exercise this right, contact us at info@jomipools.com before returning the item.
4. Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging whenever possible. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the applicable statutory period.
6. Defective items
If an item arrives defective or non-conforming, we arrange replacement or repair under the statutory guarantee of conformity (Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021). Contact us and we will resolve it.
